After several days of really outstanding auditions by local actors and actresses, DTC has assembled a cast for the upcoming performances of The Glass Menagerie. It was a shame that all of the great talent that came out couldn’t be cast due to the small cast size, but hopefully we will see then in future shows and auditions. Here is the cast list:
Tom Wingfield – Michael Kosick
Amanda Wingfield – Jo Ann Kaplan
Laura Wingfield – Hannah Young
Jim O’Connor – Jon Swift
Dunstable Theater Collaborative’s board put a lot of thought into our next show after our false start with Deathtrap last week. After much discussion, we have decided to put on Tennessee Williams’ The Glass Menagerie! It is a great show, and an American classic, so we hope we can get a lot of you to come out and see it at the end of April/beginning of May.
That being said, Dunstable Theater Collaborative is hosting auditions for The Glass Menagerie. Auditions are on 2/15, 2/21 & 2/22 from 6PM until 9PM, with possible callbacks the following week at Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street. Rehearsals begin 3/05 and will take place Monday and Wednesday evenings through March, and adding Friday evening rehearsals in April. Performances will be April 27-29 and May 4-6. Auditions will consist of readings from selected sides from the script. No appointment is necessary, but an RSVP is appreciated at email@example.com. Actors only need to attend one of the audition nights. For details, including character descriptions, check out our website at www.dunstabletheater.org
